① Add Solidify from the modifiers.

  • Use Thickness to set the line width.
  • Flip the normals with Flip.
  • Set the material offset’s index number to the material you want to assign.

Hand-Drawn Style Cel Shading

The lower section sets the object’s tone and noise.
You can also change RGB to a texture instead.

The upper section creates the outline by using Fresnel reflection to multiply colors so the outer edge is black and the inner area is white.
Emission is used to boost the saturation.
※ Be careful — a large value will cause it to glow.
